Cancellation Policy:

Once An Order Has Been Placed, It Cannot Be Cancelled For Any Reason.

Return Policy:

• Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product.  
• Customers should send a return request via email to atikollectionz@gmail.com with their order details.  
• Once the return request is approved, we will provide the return address.
•  The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.  
• After receiving the returned item, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to the purchase amount.  
• The coupon code can be used to purchase any product from our store within 6 months.  

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only if the product is damaged in transit.  
• To qualify for an exchange, customers must provide a 360-degree video of the parcel opening as proof of damage.  
• The exchange request must be sent via email to atikollectionz@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.  
•  Once approved, we will provide the exchange address.  
•  We will dispatch the replacement item only after receiving the damaged product.

• We do not offer cash refunds.  
• Items must be returned in their original condition.  
• Coupon codes issued for returns are non-transferable and can be used only for future purchases within the validity period.  
•  Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
